Bookings for larger tables. Birthdays, anniversaries, work dinners and family gatherings. Call the restaurant and we will arrange it.

How it works

For a large table it is usually easier to agree a menu beforehand. You pick the dishes in advance and they come out together, rather than everyone ordering separately on the night.

Call the restaurant with a suggested number of guests, any dietary requirements and the time you would like to sit down, and we will organise the event with you. Alternatively, send a message via our Contact page.

Occasions

Birthdays

Bring your own cake, tell us when you want it, and we will bring it out with plates and candles. Our creative team can assist with any special table decoration, gift storage, presentations and party favours.

Family Gatherings

Round tables can seat ten to twelve, with our rotating serving displays bringing delicious Han dishes to each diner. Your party has one shared conversation in the round. Children are welcome when accompanied by parents or guardians.

Work Dinners

An agreed banquet keeps things simple to serve and provides the host with a known food cost. Let us know how you wish to divide the bill. For larger parties we will soon be providing a pre-authorisation card reservation system. We can easily divide the final account on the day so each diner may pay separately if they wish.

Christmas

Book as early as you can. December's dining calendar fills up well in advance, from early October. If you are planning a Company or Group Christmas dinner, it is best to plan this well ahead. Our creative team will be pleased to assist.

Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is a major global festival period and we will stage our own Special Banquet evenings, Private Dining and CNY Family occasions. If you want to attend or host a special Chinese New Year themed event for friends & family or a company team dining occasion it is essential to plan this well ahead as places will be limited. Our creative team will be pleased to assist.

Chinese New Year 2027 falls on Saturday, February 6, 2027. It marks the start of the Year of the Fire Goat (or Ram) in the Chinese zodiac.

How many people can you seat?

There are approximately 80 seats in our dining room. Tell us roughly how many you expect in your party and we will work out the best arrangement. To check what is possible on your date please call the restaurant or send a message via our Contact Page

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. December books up well in advance, so call early if you are planning a Christmas dinner. Similarly for Chinese New Year where we often stage Special Banquet evenings, Private Dining and Family occasions. If you have a special event or company or team dining occasion it is always best to plan this well ahead of the date. Our creative team will be pleased to assist.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary needs?

We do all we can within reason to accommodate allergy and dietary requirements. Please inform us clearly what precautions are required for any individuals when you book and again when you order your food. There are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes on the men. Allergens are listed on the website menus and our in-house printed menus. Our servers will discuss any individual needs with you at the table.

Is there a deposit?

Please firstly call the restaurant or send a message via our Contact Page with your party size and required dates and times. We will advise what is required to secure a larger booking for your preferred date and time. Our restaurant and booking systems are about to be upgraded in Autumn 2026 and reservation facilities will be greatly improved, including online reservations.

Can we bring a cake?

Book private dining

How many people, what date you have in mind, and anything we should know. We will come back to you the same day wherever possible. A new 'VIP' dining area is in preparation which will seat up to 16 people exclusively for private hire with bespoke menus and club style 'Bottle Service'
